Let it snow!

Wow! Snow! Living in central Texas we don't generally see snow. And it never sticks. The ground is always to warm and it's usually sleet and ice, which isn't so fun. But snow!? I tell ya, snow is FUN!

We got between 4 and 5 inches and the sister and I played like 5 year olds for a good while.

Mercedes was galloping around like crazy!

Our land is so slopped we kept sliding down, so we walked down to Papaw's and played in his snow!

And then we built a snowman. Now, we don't have very much experience in the snowman building arts, but we tried!

All in all it was a great day. I got off work at noon due to the weather(no one in this part of Texas knows how to drive in the snow!) And I didn't have to go in the next day until 10!

This was on Tuesday and by Friday all trace was gone. But it was lovely while it lasted. Sigh**
